ONYVA COFFEE LES CORTS | Cafe de Especialidad | Coffee Roaster propio
Carrer de Cabestany, 15, Les Corts, 08014 Barcelonaspecialty coffee and roasting under one roof is a combination you'll either take seriously or you won't, and onyva does. the espresso here comes from beans roasted on-site, which means what's in your cup reflects decisions made much earlier in the process, not just at the machine. les corts is a residential district, quieter than the gothic quarter or eixample, and carrer de cabestany fits that register, the kind of street where a serious local roaster makes sense. regulars here know what they want, and the place has clearly earned a following that comes back. if you're undecided, start with the espresso and see where the in-house roasting program has landed this week.
