the single origin filter is the thing to start with here, assuming you want to understand what out of office is actually doing. this is a roastery first, a cafe second, and that distinction matters when you're deciding what to order. da'an is already one of taipei's more thoughtful neighborhoods for coffee, and jinhua street sits comfortably within that, low-traffic enough to slow you down a little. the regulars here are not casual about it, and the consistency you'll find across visits isn't a coincidence. if you come back, and you probably will, try whatever the current seasonal filter offering is rather than defaulting to something familiar. the roastery's own beans are the whole point.
