Rocket Monkey Roastery Ltd

you're on burns statue square, which means robert burns is literally watching over the street while you figure out where to get a decent coffee. union arcade sits just off that square, and rocket monkey roastery is in there doing the actual work of sourcing and roasting rather than just pulling shots from someone else's bags. ayr isn't a city that drowns in specialty options, so finding a roastery operating at this level, in this postcode, matters more than it might somewhere else. if you're passing through on the a77 or killing time before the train, this is where you stop. the roastery side of things means what ends up in your cup started its story here, not in a warehouse two counties over.
