about rossette coffee lab - premium specialty coffee roasters & wholesalers in delhi, india

rossette coffee lab roasts beans like they mean it. their ashok nagar location draws you in not with fancy signage but with the smell of something happening behind the scenes. this is where delhi's specialty coffee movement gets serious about the technical side. you won't find flashy latte art competitions here, just methodical attention to roast profiles and extraction times. the lab part isn't marketing speak. they actually treat coffee like a science experiment worth repeating until it's right. locals in the know make the trip to this second-floor spot because rossette understands that great coffee starts with understanding the beans themselves, not the instagram potential. walk up those stairs on a tuesday morning and you'll smell why ashok nagar has become an unexpected stop for delhi's coffee obsessives.
