skyroast's coffee is the kind you think about on the drive home, and if you're ordering for the first time, start with whatever they're roasting in-house that week. being a roaster first means the beans aren't an afterthought, they're the whole point. new hope itself is a small bucks county town on the delaware river, and the ferry market on s main st puts you right in the middle of it, which isn't a bad place to spend a slow morning. you don't have to know much about specialty coffee to appreciate the difference between something roasted with intention and something that just exists. grab a black coffee here before you do anything else in town.
