colombia, asospac fto green is a washed colombian coffee sourced from the tolima region and roasted by small batch, ripe coffee roasters. the washed process removes the fruit before drying, which keeps the cup clean and lets the bean's character come through clearly. expect milk chocolate and dark chocolate in the cup, making it a straightforward, cocoa-forward coffee without a lot of fruit or floral distraction. it suits filter and espresso brewing equally well. grind fresh, use water around 93c, and dial in your dose to taste, the clean processing means small adjustments to grind size will show up clearly in the cup.
