get the single origin filter if you want to understand what tob coffee does differently. this apollo drive operation has built something quietly excellent in rosedale, drawing people who know the difference between good coffee and great coffee. you won't find flashy signage or complicated menu boards here. just serious attention to beans and brewing that has earned genuine loyalty from those who've found their way to 8/56 apollo drive. the roasting approach focuses on bringing out what's actually in the coffee rather than masking it with dark, smoky flavors. regulars keep coming back because consistency matters more than novelty, and tob delivers on that promise week after week. when you need coffee that doesn't compromise, their espresso cuts clean and bright.
