your cup here starts somewhere genuinely old. tribes of mokha roots itself in yemeni coffee, sourcing heirloom varieties from specific growing regions across a country that was exporting coffee before the rest of the world even knew what to do with it. that history isn't decorative, it shows up in the cup. expect fruit that feels almost fermented, a dryness on the finish, something that doesn't taste like anything else in prague right now. this is coffee with actual provenance.
