this is a medium roast arabica peaberry from brazil, roasted by white rose coffee roasters. peaberry beans are a natural mutation where a single, rounder bean develops inside the cherry rather than the usual two flat-sided beans, and many roasters find they roast more evenly as a result. it's processed using the natural method, meaning the beans dried inside the whole fruit, which draws out tropical fruit character. at medium roast the sweetness stays forward without tipping into heavy, bitter territory. it works well as a filter brew or espresso, and suits a french press or pour-over if you want to highlight the fruit clearly.
