you're on kogakuramachi, a quiet stretch of isahaya that doesn't announce itself much, and cake&cafe 15tsubo sits right in the middle of it at 628-4. isahaya isn't a city people tend to plan trips around, which is partly why finding something well regarded here feels more like a reward than a checkbox. locals have figured this place out. the "15tsubo" in the name is a japanese unit of floor area, roughly fifty square meters, so you know going in that this isn't a sprawling production. small rooms tend to mean focused menus, and focused menus tend to mean the coffee and the cake actually get attention. if you're passing through nagasaki prefecture and have the time, kogakuramachi at midmorning is a reasonable place to spend it.
