Single-Estate Farm

Finca El Injerto

unclaimed

Huehuetenango, Guatemala

Aguirre family farm in Huehuetenango. Multiple Cup of Excellence first-place wins. Direct exports of Pacamara, Maragogype, Bourbon, and Geisha lots.

about Finca El Injerto

finca el injerto is a family-owned farm in the huehuetenango region of guatemala, managed by the third and fourth generation of the aguirre family since 1956. the farm grows, processes, and exports its own coffee exclusively, purchasing no cherry or parchment from outside producers. this closed production model gives buyers a direct line to traceable, single-farm lots. el injerto specializes in lower-yield, high-cup-quality varieties including pacamara, maragogype, bourbon, and gesha. the farm has accumulated at least eleven cup of excellence wins since 2006, including a first-place finish in the 2021 guatemala competition with a washed gesha scoring 90.51 points. production is centered on microlot separation, and the farm exports directly to roasters internationally. stumptown coffee roasters is among documented buyers. container-volume purchases are available. the farm also operates a roastery and retail presence under the el injerto brand in guatemala, though the primary sourcing relationship for international buyers is green coffee direct from the farm.
