Instant Coffee

this is a washed instant coffee from axil coffee roasters hawthorn, blending beans from colombia, brazil, and el salvador. the washed process keeps things clean and bright, which shows in the cup: expect lemon, grapefruit, and citrus zest up front, settling into caramel, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate as it cools. because it's instant, dissolve it in water just off the boil, around 90-95°c, and adjust the dose to taste. it suits a quick black coffee or works well with milk if you want to lean into the chocolate side.
