you won't find happier people than those behind the grinder at this paris roastery. their hands shake when they talk about the kona belt beans arriving weekly from hawaiian estates, still carrying hints of volcanic soil and ocean mist. the roasting room fills with this sweet, nutty smoke that makes your mouth water before you even taste the cup. these folks understand that coffee this good should make you grin like an idiot. mission accomplished.
