this is a decaf colombian coffee from radical roasters coffee roasters. sourced from colombia and roasted to a regular roast level, it carries tasting notes of honey, honeycomb, sugar cane, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate, meaning it leans sweet with a layered cocoa finish. because decaf beans are more porous after processing, a slightly lower brew temperature, around 90 to 93 degrees celsius, helps avoid bitterness. it works well as a filter or espresso, and the sweetness holds up well with milk if that's your preference.
