square mile coffee roasters' decaf espresso is a single-origin brazil, processed to remove caffeine while keeping the character of the bean intact. brazil is known for producing espresso-friendly coffees with low acidity and solid body, making it a practical choice for a decaf that still pulls a proper shot. without additional tasting notes supplied, expect the profile typical of a well-roasted brazilian decaf, smooth and approachable in the cup. it is best suited to espresso preparation, including milk-based drinks where a clean, undistracting base matters.
