the TKMSX-15 is a 15 kg gas drum aimed at small production roasters or larger cafes. batch range is 3 kg to 15 kg, and profile logging is standard. the cooling tray lets you dump one batch while the next is roasting, which speeds up throughput if you're roasting back to back. gas burner control is manual but responsive, so you can adjust heat as needed. this model sees a lot of use in startups and operations outside north america where price matters more than brand prestige. it'll roast 60 to 100 kg a day without major issues, but expect more frequent maintenance than a higher-end drum. if you're running a cost-conscious operation and don't need the longevity of a Probat, it's a reasonable choice.
