the TKMSX-30 is a 30 kg gas drum that moves into mid-production territory. batch range is 6 kg to 30 kg, and you get profile logging with Cropster or Artisan support. the larger drum and burner handle bigger batches without struggling, and the cooling tray keeps up if you're roasting multiple batches in a row. gas heat is still manually controlled, so you're adjusting based on logged profiles rather than letting the machine execute automatically. this model works for roasters doing 150 to 250 kg a day or small regionals with steady wholesale accounts. it's not built for the duty cycle of a 60 kg Probat, and you'll see more wear on components over time. if you need 30 kg capacity but can't justify the cost of a Diedrich or Probat, it's a functional option.
