roast 'm' is a medium roast blend from alfie and co coffee roasters, combining beans from colombia, brazil, and honduras. the three origins work together to produce a cup with blackcurrant fruit and baking spice warmth, keeping things approachable without tipping into heavy or dark territory. the medium roast preserves enough origin character to keep the fruit present while rounding out the body. it suits filter and espresso methods equally well, though the spice notes tend to open up with a slightly longer brew time, so a pour-over or cafetiere at around 93 degrees celsius is a reliable starting point.
