Out of this World - Mió Calherro

out of this world, mió calherro is a single-origin coffee from brazil, roasted by milk & beans coffee roasters. it sits on the lighter, more delicate end of the flavor spectrum, with jasmine and floral aromatics leading into a tea-like body that recalls black tea. this is not a heavy, chocolatey brazil, it's restrained and aromatic. to highlight those floral and tea-like qualities, brew it as a pour-over or aeropress using water around 90-93°c, a medium-fine grind, and a gentle, measured pour. those who enjoy subtle, aromatic cups rather than bold or syrupy ones will find this a good fit.
