read the full visityou'd notice the olive trees first, standing either side of the st james's experience bar like they were always meant to be there. edison shehu opened nostos in nine elms in may 2021, named for the greek idea of homecoming, and that feeling carries through everything. the freeze-distilled flat white is the thing to order: milk frozen for seventeen hours, ice removed, what's left is noticeably sweeter without any added sugar. they tune water to each coffee, roast in-house, and bring in guest roasters worth paying attention to.
