aricha adorsi is an ethiopian coffee from foundry coffee roasters, processed using the washed method, which strips the fruit before drying and tends to produce cleaner, more defined cup clarity. expect red apple acidity up front with a caramel sweetness rounding out the finish. because washed ethiopians reward precision, filter brewing works well here. a v60 or similar pour-over with water around 93c and a medium-fine grind will let the apple brightness and caramel body come through without muddying either quality. a solid everyday filter coffee with a clear, structured flavour profile.
