brazil suave is a naturally processed coffee from the cerrado region of brazil, roasted by moresso coffee roasters. the natural process, where the whole cherry dries around the bean, draws out a heavy, sweet cup with brown sugar and milk chocolate at the front, followed by dark chocolate and almond. it is a straightforward, low-acid coffee that suits people who prefer sweetness and body over brightness. it pulls well as espresso and works equally well as a stovetop or french press brew, where the full body and chocolate character can come through cleanly.
