moresso special is a medium-dark roast blend drawing from two origins, colombia and brazil. the combination produces a cup built around milk chocolate and dark chocolate alongside a clean almond finish, flavours that hold up well at this roast level without tipping into bitterness. it arrives as three 250g bags, useful if you want to keep one bag fresh while working through another. medium-dark roasts suit espresso and moka pot best, where the heat and pressure pull out body and sweetness, though it will also work as a straightforward filter if you prefer a heavier cup.
