african moon is a natural-process coffee from the rwenzori region of uganda, roasted by moresso coffee roasters to an omni level that works across brew methods. the natural process leaves the cherry on the bean through drying, which draws out the sweetness you get in the cup: caramel, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and cocoa. the roast sits in a middle range, so it pulls well as espresso and performs reliably as a filter. if you want the chocolate notes upfront, go espresso or moka pot. for a cleaner, more defined caramel character, brew it as a pour-over or french press.
