COLOMBIA – Cundimarca

this is a washed colombian coffee from the cundinamarca region, built on caturra and typica varieties. the washed process keeps the cup clean and the roast level sits at medium-dark, which pulls the natural sweetness of those varietals toward milk chocolate and dark chocolate flavors rather than anything fruity or acidic. it is a straightforward, cocoa-forward cup that suits everyday drinking. because of the medium-dark roast, it holds up well to milk and works reliably as espresso, a french press, or a stovetop moka pot, all of which bring out its chocolate character without turning it bitter.
