a sample pack from morgon coffee roasters, drawing on origins across kenya, colombia, brazil, and peru, with the kenyan component sourced from kirinyaga. the coffees are washed process, built around pink bourbon and bourbon varietals. expect bright, citrus-forward flavours, lemon, grapefruit, and citrus zest alongside red apple, tropical fruit, and a jasmine floral character, with caramel providing a softer, rounder finish. because washed processing tends to preserve clarity and acidity, filter brewing methods will highlight the citrus and floral notes most clearly. a medium-fine grind, clean water around 93-96°c, and a slow pour will keep the fruit definition intact.
