blend friends 002 is a collaboration between oddkin coffee roasters and moon roast, built from washed colombian and brazilian beans across caturra and typica varietals. the washed process keeps things clean and transparent, letting the fruit and floral character come through clearly. expect red apple and stone fruit up front, with peach sweetness, jasmine, and a dry, tea-like finish that leans toward black tea. it's a lighter, more delicate cup than a typical blend. filter brewing, such as pour-over or aeropress, suits this coffee well, preserving the floral lift and fruit clarity without muddying the tea-like finish.
