Acoustic Java Roastery & Tasting Room
3 Brussels St, Worcester, MA 01610, USA
the single origin pour-over here hits different than what you'll find at most places calling themselves roasteries. acoustic java takes their roasting seriously, and you can tell from the first sip that they're not just going through the motions. worcester's coffee scene benefits from having someone who actually understands what happens between green bean and finished cup. the regulars who keep coming back to 3 brussels street know something the rest of us are still figuring out. this isn't a place trying to impress you with fancy machinery or complicated drinks. they roast their beans right here, and that freshness shows up in ways that matter. you'll taste the difference between coffee that was roasted yesterday versus last week. the espresso pulls clean and bright, no bitter aftertaste lingering around making you regret your choice.
