your cup at blendin coffee club is going to surprise you. this sugar land roaster takes hawaiian estate beans seriously, sourcing from the kona belt where volcanic soil and cloud cover do something genuinely strange and good to a coffee cherry. the result in the cup is softer than you'd expect, almost silky, with a brightness that doesn't bite. blendin isn't trying to be houston's loudest roaster. they're just quietly getting it right.
