somewhere in the conversation about where rotterdam actually does coffee well, coolhaven keeps coming up. the 158a address puts you on a stretch of the haven that feels a little apart from the city's louder commercial strips, which matters when you want to sit with something properly made rather than just convenient. evermore thee has built the kind of local trust that takes time and consistency, not a single good week. the focus lands squarely on coffee and chocolate, two things that reward attention when they're taken seriously together. if you're crossing the city for one stop, this is the kind of place that justifies the tram ride. go in the late morning, order whatever they're doing with the koffie that day, and take your time with it on coolhaven.
