full bloom is a natural-process brazil from abyss coffee roasters, sourced from the cerrado region. cerrado's dry, elevated plateau conditions suit the natural process well, where whole cherries dry in the sun and the fruit imparts sweetness directly into the bean. the result here is jasmine and floral aromatics alongside a caramel sweetness, a combination that sits on the lighter, more delicate end of what naturals can offer. to get the most from those floral notes, brew methods that highlight clarity and sweetness, such as pour-over or aeropress, tend to work well, keeping water temperature moderate to avoid scorching the aromatics.
