Carrer del Dr. Fleming, 17, 46970 Alaquàs, Valenciayou're on carrer del dr. fleming in alaquàs, a quiet street in a town that sits just west of valència city proper, and cafesoy is the kind of place that stops you from walking past. this is a roaster with a retail shop and an online store, which means the coffee you drink here is the same coffee you can order to your door, a coherent logic that not every specialty operation actually follows through on. alaquàs doesn't pull specialty coffee tourists the way the city centre does, so the people who come here tend to know exactly what they're looking for. the regulars are committed. genuinely so. if you can, come in the morning, pick something from whatever's on the shelf, and let the roasting side of the business do the talking.
