you're on calle de neptuno, a quiet residential stretch in tres cantos that doesn't get much foot traffic from people who aren't already heading somewhere specific. quinto café sits at number four, local 4b, which means you'll probably walk past it once before you find it. that slight friction is worth it. this is a roaster that takes the sourcing and roasting side seriously, not just the front-of-house experience, and the regulars here have noticed. people don't come back this consistently to a place in a local 4b without a reason. the neighborhood runs at a different pace than central madrid, and the coffee here fits that. come on a weekday morning, when calle de neptuno is still unhurried, and take your time with whatever's on the filter menu that week.
